MADE TO MOVE
🧭 Last Month
In September, we challenged you to do something that scares you — to face the fear that shows up right before growth happens.
For Sandra, that meant solo traveling for the first time. Her destinations? Budapest and Copenhagen.
It was a trip filled with new experiences, unexpected moments, and a whole lot of growth — better than she ever hoped for. 🌍✨

For Bernie, the challenge looked a little different.
At first, he planned to finally learn how to surf (a lifelong goal for a SoCal native). But when plans fell through, he found another way to step out of his comfort zone.
During our trip through Ireland and Scotland, he decided to interview some people while traveling — something way outside his comfort zone as an introvert.
Public speaking isn’t his strength, but he pushed through the fear and did it anyway. 🎤💪
And that’s what these challenges are all about — facing discomfort and finding freedom on the other side.
🧠 October Challenge: Move Every Day
This month, your challenge is simple: move every single day.
Run, walk, stretch, dance, lift — it doesn’t matter what it looks like or how long it lasts. Indoors or outdoors, five minutes or fifty — the only rule is that you show up.
Because showing up is the real work.
🍂 A Fresh Start, Even in October
We’ve officially entered the last quarter of the year — just three months left.
It’s been a long one, full of ups, downs, and everything in between. Maybe you’ve hit some goals, maybe some fell through. That’s okay. Because what matters most is what you do now.
Disappointments aren’t dead ends — they’re fuel.
They sharpen your drive. They remind you what matters.
And they teach you how to rise again — stronger, wiser, better.

💪 Finish the Year Strong
When the year began, you had goals.
Maybe you wanted to move more, eat better, focus on yourself, or finally build consistency.
Well — it’s not too late.
As David Goggins says:
“Don’t stop when you’re tired. Stop when you’re done.”
You still have time to make 2025 the year you followed through.
And it starts by doing one thing: showing up for yourself.
Because if not you, then who?
People can cheer you on — but you have to take that first step.
And something powerful happens when you do.
The more you show up, the more you want to.
Momentum builds. Confidence grows.
Showing up is already half the work!

☃️ Your Winter Arc
This is your reminder that small progress counts.
Even one step forward is a win — because movement creates momentum.
So whatever your “move” looks like today — take it.
Show up. Do the thing.
You’ll thank yourself in December.
Your winter arc starts now.
Let’s move — every day.
