Do something that scares you.
But not in a reckless or impulsive way.
We’re not talking about jumping into traffic or wrestling bears.

We’re talking about the kind of fear that whispers:

“What if I fail?”
“What if I’m not ready?”
“What will people think?”

You know the kind. It lives in your gut and your chest.
It’s the fear that shows up right before growth happens.

  • Sign up for that class you've been eyeing

  • Introduce yourself to someone new

  • Share something you’ve been afraid to say

  • Try a new movement skill you’ve always avoided

  • Take the first step on a creative idea you’ve put off

Fear isn't the enemy.
In fact, it’s often the signpost that says:

“This way to growth.”

Doing something that scares you isn’t about proving anything to anyone — it’s about meeting yourself at your limits.

You’ll come out the other side with more confidence, more courage, and maybe a story worth telling.
